Our Story
The River Grill was originally established in 2000 but shortly after experienced an electrical fire that led to the termination of the lease. Almost twenty years later the opportunity came about for Vic's on the River to acquire that exact location which eventually would lead to the "re-birth" of the now, Vic's River Grill. While you can still see some of the scorched beams on the second floor, VRG has been thoughtfully renovated into a fun, vibrant, classic but modern, dining and social establishment offering an array of fresh seafood and fun twist on the classic southern dishes that Savannah has come to be known for. With an eclectic beverage program, creative menu offerings, and dynamic ambiance, Vic's River Grill is the perfect spot to enjoy your next meal.
